About Backyard Play Places
Backyard Play Places is dedicated to providing quality zip line and playground equipment for the entire family to enjoy. We are a family run business that is here to help you create your dream backyard playground. While doing research for our own backyard, we found that there is little information available for the do-it-yourselfer. There are many places to find very simple and basic playground plans, but we had a few more grand ideas in mind. Such as building a play structure with multiple platforms and a rope bridge in between, a tire swing underneath and a lookout tower on the top. We also wanted to have a zip line across our property. Much of this information was unavailable or very limited.
The intent of this site is to provide quality information on how to build the simplest to the most complex playgrounds and features, as well as the products needed to acheive this. We have set up a Blog to answer questions as well as to get ideas, or you can post discussion topics, suggestions & your own photos, we would love to see them. At Backyard Play Places we believe that anyone can build their own backyard playground, with a little help and a little direction we make this possible.
